There is nothing in this world better than a warm biscuits and yes it so simple to grab pre-made biscuits but getting in the kitchen and running your hands in the dough is so relaxing and worth the extra time.

Instructions
Step 1
Shift ( Mix) the dry ingredients
Step 2
Cut the fat ( butter) into the mixture. Which simply means mix the butter with dry ingredients with your hands into the mixture is crumbly like coarse bread crumbs.
Step 3
Add the liquid and mix until combined.
Step 4
Place the dough on a hard-surfaced that you first covered in flour so it will not stick. Now fold 3 times.
Step 5
Roll and press the dough 1/2 thick and cut about 2 1/2 inches so you can have nice size biscuits.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 7
Place biscuits on a parchment paper-lined pan, brush the tops with melted butter and bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes until a golden brown.
Step 8
I always add more butter while it’s still hot but I’m of course a butter lover
