Instructions

Step 1
Pour oil to a depth of 2" in a 6-qt.
Step 2
Dutch oven, or deep fryer and heat over medium heat until a deep-fry thermometer reads 350°.
Step 3
My TIP: I SEASONED THE WATER AND BOILED WINGS FOR 10', drained water and seasoned with my homemade dry rub, then, LET THEM Dry thoroughly. Working in batches, fry wings until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Step 4
Heat margarine in a 12" deep-sided skillet over medium heat; stir in hot sauce until smooth.
Step 5
Add wings, and toss until completely coated.
Step 6
Serve wings in a large bowl with dressing and celery on the side. Enjoy👩🏽‍🍳💚
