Instructions

Step 1
Add water yeast and sugar until the yeast is active

Combine flour and salt in stand mixer with dough hook then add active yeast mixture and milk
Step 3
Once combined add butter and let kneed for 5 to ten minutes
Step 4
Put in oiled bowl cover with warm damp cloth and let rise for 45 mins to and hour
Step 5
Punch down the flatten and roll to size that it will fit in a loaf pan
Step 6
Let rise again for 45 mins to and hour
Step 7
Brush with egg wash (optional)
Step 8
Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes
