Step 1
Trim your chicken tenders then pat dry
Step 2
Generously season both sides of each chicken tender to your liking, making sure to coat the chicken evenly
Step 3
Put chicken tenders in your air fryer, making sure they do not over lap
Step 4
Spray chicken with pam cooking spray
Step 5
Air fry for 400 for 5 minutes, flip each chicken tender, and flip for 5 more minutes
Step 6
Coat each chicken tender in the sauce (both sides)
Step 7
Air fry at 400 for 3 minutes, flip, and air fry for 3 more minutes
