We’ve been making this so long and tweaking to our preferences that I don’t know the original source.

Instructions

Step 1
Remove membrane from ribs
Step 2
Coat both sides of ribs with the rub
Step 3
Put in Instant Pot with 1 cup water for 25 min plus 15 min natural release
Step 4
Brush on BBQ sauce (can also finish on the grill to add a little extra flavor)
