Instructions

Step 1
Melt semi sweet chocolate with 1/2 cup milk, set aside. Mix cocoa with 1 /4 cup melted butter, set aside. Cream butter and add cocoa mixture. Mix in. Add salt and powdered sugar. Mix in melted chocolate and milk mixture, beat in. Add rest of milk a little at the time, until spreading consistency.
