Instructions
Step 1
1. Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine
Step 2
2. Add all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk to combine
Step 3
3. Add the dry ingredients on top of the wet ingredients and gently fold with a spatula to combine
Step 4
4. Once 90% combined add your mix ins (you can choose anything)

5. Spoon into muffin tins lined with muffin cases only half way. Add a tablespoon of caramel sauce into the middle and fill the rest of the way to the top with muffin mix
Step 6
6. Sprinkle more choc chips on top before baking at 220°C for 5 minutes and then reducing heat to 175°C and baking for a further 20 minutes
Step 7
7. Allow to cool completely before removing from the muffin tins
