Step 1
Toss a whole mess of peeled and deveined shrimp with lime juice and canola oil, and some shakes of ground cumin, chile powder, and red pepper flakes.
Step 2
Then roast them on a sheet pan in a very hot oven alongside a foil-wrapped packet of tortillas. (~8 minutes)
Step 3
Serve the shrimp with sour cream cut with hot sauce and lime juice, shredded cabbage, and more hot sauce, all wrapped in the hot tortillas, with a bunch of lime wedges on the side.

Step 4
For a cup of sour cream, add the juice of a lime and as much hot sauce as you like. Use as a condiment or as a dressing for shredded cabbage or both.
