Instructions

Guacamole

Step 1
To a bowl add the avocado and smash with a fork.
Step 2
Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients to the avocado and mix until well combined.

Chicken

Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the chicken breast and season with half the salt, pepper and oregan. Fry for about 3min. Then flip.
Step 5
Season the chicken again. Put on a lid and let fry for another 3-5min.

Wrap

Step 6
Slice the chicken breast.
Step 7
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the guacamole.
Step 8
Top it with the salad, chicken and tortilla chips. Sprinkle on the grated cheese.
Step 9
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 10
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
