Instructions
Step 1
In a large frying pan heat oil on medium heat.
Step 2
Add garlic and onion, cook until tender
Step 3
Add chicken, cook until no pink is showing.
Step 4
Add thyme, bay leaf salt and pepper, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Add parsley, brown sugar, paprika and red wine. Cook for about 10 minutes.
