lightly, beaten
1 cuppecan
nuts, blended, or finely chopped
1onion
medium to large, finely chopped
1vegetable stock cube
1 Clovegarlic
3 tablespoonslight soy sauce
250gcottage cheese
1 cuprolled oats
½ cupbreadcrumbs
6 sheetspuff pastry

Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Step 2
Lay out pastry. Cut in half. Down the middle., spoon mixture. Wet one side so pastry will stick. Roll. Cut into rolls and place on tray with greaseproof paper.
Step 3
Glaze rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Step 4
Bake in hot oven (210°) for 20 to 30 minutes
