For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Combine sauce ingredients, except sesame seeds and pepper flakes, in food processor. Pulse until smooth. Stir in sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
Step 2
Cook noodles per package and set aside.
Step 3
Heat skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Cut chicken breast in half if large. Add chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sauté until barely golden brown.
Step 4
Add 1/3 sesame sauce and a little water to thin. Have kid ready in case of splatter. Let chicken finish cooking in sauce for a few minutes.
Step 5
Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and shred.
Step 6
Chop vegetables very finely and strain extra moisture. Toss everything together.
