½ cupcoconut milk
½ cupwater
filtered
1 tspceylon cinnamon
1 tspturmeric powder
pepper
1 tspvanilla extract
½ TbspBrain Octane Oil
½ Tbspbutter
grass-fed, or ghee
2 TbspCollagen Protein
unflavored or Vanilla
Stevia
xylitol, or monk fruit sweetener, to taste
½ tspginger powder
Optional -ins
1 Tbspcoconut butter
