Sweet Potato Dump Cake

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Peel Sweet Potato's then slice them into coin shaped pieces. This helps the potato's cook thoroughly.
Step 3
In a medium Pot, bring 3-4 cups of water to a boil on medium heat.
Step 4
Once water is boiling add in your sliced Sweet Potato's and boil them for 20 minutes or until Potato's are fork tender.
Step 5
Drain water from Sweet Potato's then add them to a large mixing bowl. Mash your sweet potato's then afterwards add 4 tbsp of Butter then mix.

Next, combine the following ingredients to your Sweet Potato mix:

1/2. cup Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup White Sugar, 1/4 cup Whole Milk, 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Nutmeg, and 2 tbsp Cinnamon then mix.
Step 8
Grab a casserole dish, baking pan and add 1-2. tbsp of melted butter to the bottom. Afterwards, add Sweet Potato mixture in baking dish then smooth it out.
Step 9
Top of your sweet potato mixture add Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix and smooth it out then add 6 - 7 tbsp of Butter to the top. (Depending on how big baking dish is, you won't have to use the whole box of cake mix)
Step 10
Place your dish in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the crust is a golden brown color. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
