Step 1
Sweat Shallots and garlic in olive oil. Add black pepper and deglaze with vinegar. Add all ingredients except salt, lime and cornstarch. Bring to a simmer and add cornstarch slurry, whisk until slightly thickened. Season with salt and lime. Cool quickly and use liberally on grilled meats.
