Grilled pear
Step 1
Slice the pear and chop the cheese.
Step 2
Heat the butter in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the pears and thyme and fry for about 2-3min each side until they become golden.
Step 3
At the last minute place the cheese on top of the pears. Let it melt.
Sandwich
Step 4
Cut the bread in half and a spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 5
Top the bread with the arugula, prosciutto and pears.
Step 6
Drizzle on the honey and season with pepper.
Step 7
Stack the other half of the bread on top and enjoy!
