Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix garlic, oil and salt.

Spread garlic on baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven), stirring half way through.

Bake till golden brown and fork tender.
Step 7
Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
Step 8
Optional: Store roasted garlic in a glass jar, cover with olive oil. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
