Have you ever heard of cabbage steaks? Well, if you are unaware of this magnificent healthy side, they are essentially roasted cabbage filled with a bunch of spices and love! Step 1
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees (F)
Step 2
Rinse and pat dry your cabbage. Slice your cabbage in thick cut slices (just like how steak looks). On a baking dish lined with parchment paper add your cabbage steaks and drizzle your steaks with cooking oil and add your seasonings. Massage your seasonings into each layer of your cabbage steaks (make sure to get in between each layer to ensure your cabbage drinks up all the flavor!
