Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or butter a loaf pan and set aside.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a large bowl. Mash the banana with the butter, then mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Step 4
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix with a spatula until just combined.
Step 5
Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
