Step 1
Chuck all ingredients in a blender, and pulse 3 times to start combining them.
Step 2
Blend ingredients on medium, adding water until the smoothie is the consistency you want (either runnier to drink, or thicker to eat as a smoothie bowl).
Step 3
Drink as a smoothie, or top with fresh fruit/ nuts/ seeds/ coconut chips/ Blend-11 and enjoy as a smoothie bowl.
