Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine shrimp with harissa, yogurt, garlic, lime juice spices, parsley, and olive oil. Cover and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Place 4 shrimps on each skewer and place on baking tray.
Step 4
Put in the oven and roast just until pink and firm - about 8 to 9 minutes.
Step 5
Serve immediately!
