Instructions

Step 1
Place chicken breast in a brine for at least 30 min to soften and keep moist during grilling.
Step 2
In a skillet heat oil on medium heat. Set a grill pan on medium heat as well.
Step 3
Season chicken to taste and place on grill pan. Cook on each side for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 4
Slice Zuchinni and Tomato and add to your skillet. Season to taste and cook until softened.
Step 5
Drain beans and add to the skillet with the Zuchinni and tomatoes for another 3 minutes until warmed through.
