Heat up the oven to 240°C

Cut the fennel in small slices. Cut the asparagus to keep the tips. Cut the mint finely. Keep the mint separate for later. Mix the harrissa with the hummus.

Grill the fennel and asparagus with some oil pepper and salt

Put the pitas in the oven. Set a timer, 4-6 mins usually.

Grill the burgers for 4 mins on one side. Turn around and put on crumbled feta and za'atar.

Open the pitas, and spread hummus on the bottom and top. On the bottom, add the grilled vegies, then the mint and then the burger. Cover with the top part.
