Instructions

Step 1
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan; brown mince, add onion, cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
Step 2
Add carrot and capsicum if using and cook for a couple of minutes
Step 3
Add tomatoes, beans, and combined ¾ cup (190mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base. Bring to the boil, stirring.
Step 4
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 5
Serve with rice on corn chips, sprinkle with grated cheese and dollops of sour cream
