Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar, protein powder, eggs, vanilla, and lemon.
Step 2
Separately, mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Step 3
Add dry mixture to wet mixture.
Step 4
Add lemon juice to mixture if too dry.
Step 5
Do small balls of dough (it spreads out a lot)
Step 6
Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for like 9 min, i made this at high altitude so good luck at sea level lol.
