Took the bday cake cookies and slutty brownies from cookbook
and combined them to create my new fav recipe!! Perf to celebrate a bday or just any day 🫶

(Cookie)
✰ 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
✰ 1/2 cup monkfruit
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp cake batter extract
✰ 1/4 cup oat flour
✰ 2 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream (link in bio :))
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
✰ sprinkles (optional)
(8 bday cake Oreos)
(Brownie)
✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 1/3 cup monkfruit
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
✰ 1 scoop Level-1 Protein in Chocolate (link in bio :))
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix ingredients for the cookie and press into the baking sheet.
3. Line oreos on top.
4. Mix ingredients for brownie and pour on top of cookie and oreos.
5. Bake for about 30-35 min (do not over bake or they will lose fudginess)
