Instructions

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients
Step 2
Add water slowly, mixing with a fork until it is stretchy, but not sticky

Cover and let rise for 1.5 to 2 hours in the oven on 170* , until doubled in size
Step 4
Split the dough in half using two forks
Step 5
Transfer each dough ball to a 1 quart buttered glass dish
Step 6
Cover and let rise for 20-30 minutes
Step 7
Bake at 425* for 15 min, the lower temp to 350* and cook for another 15 minutes
