2 Ingredient Instant Beer Bread

This bread is made using only two ingredients . It’s no yeast so it’s an instant dough and it’s on the table in under 50 minutes ! I use alcohol free beer but feel free to use whatever beer you like .

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl mix flour and optionally a pinch of salt . Then pour in your beer of choice alcohol free or regular and stir until a shaggy dough is formed . Don’t over mix .

Step 2
Grease and line a loaf pan with some butter then drop in the dough and give it a shake to even it out .
Step 3
Bake at 190 c / 380 f for 45 minutes . I love to brush mine with garlic and herb butter on top while it’s still warm . Then place on a wire rack to cool and enjoy
