Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 375°
Step 2
In a skillet, over high heat, heat oil, cook onion five minutes, stirring frequently, until softened. Add garlic and cook one minute more.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and mix in ground meat, cauliflower rice, eggs, salt and pepper. Roll into golf sized balls. Place on a jelly roll pan.
Step 4
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
