Instructions
Step 1
In the first step, finely crumble the biscuits with a blender and add the melted butter to them. Mix and set aside.
Step 2
Then pour the cream cheese, whipped cream, powdered sugar, lotus cookie butter spread, and vanilla into a bowl.
Step 3
Beat the ingredients well with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 4
First, pour a layer of biscuit crumbles into the glass. Now add the cream layer.
Step 5
Repeat the steps one more time. Top cheesecake cups with biscuit crumbles and cookie butter.
Step 6
Refrigerate for atleast 5 hours before serving
