Dressing
⅓ cupolive oil
¼ cupwhite wine vinegar
2 Tbspparmesan cheese
freshly grated
2 Tbspfresh parsley
chopped
2 Tbspdijon mustard
2garlic cloves
large, minced
½ tspworcestershire sauce
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
3 Tbsplight mayonnaise

Step 1
Scrub potatoes, cut in half if large. In saucepan, cover potatoes with cold water and bring to a boil. Cook 10 - 15 mins or just until tender but not mushy. Drain potatoes. Arranging single layer on work surface, let cool Chop red pepper, celery and green onions and place in large bowl. Cut potatoes into 3/4" cubes. Add to veggies. In small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, parmesan cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Whisk in mayonnaise. Pour dressing over potato mixture, gently toss to coat well. Sprinkle with bacon and parmesan cheese.
