Instructions
Step 1
Seasoned chicken with salt and pepper. then sous vide the chicken

Once chicken has been sous vide, cut chicken into tenderloins. Dredge chicken and flour

Heat 1/2 tsp of olive oil in the pan on medium. Brown Chicken on both sides. Set aside
Step 4
Add onions and mushrooms to pan. Saute. Add balsamic vinegar and cook five more minutes then add chicken stock and cook for a few more minutes Add chicken to stop make sure I'm cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sauce thickens
