Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 180 degrees
Step 2
Slice and dice onion, capsicum and celery
Step 3
Heat oil in frypan, brown meat
Step 4
Combine meat, celery, onion, capsicum, chutney and parsley in a bowl
Step 5
Cut the top off the roll, scoop out the bread and add meat mixture
Step 6
Fill roll with meat mixture and top with cheese. Replace lid of the roll
Step 7
Wrap in foil and heat in oven for 10 minutes
Step 8
Serve or eat straight from the foil
