Instructions
Step 1
boil the kettle (1L) and set out: a jug to brew the tea, a pan to cook the sago, a little sieve to scoop out the hot pearls and a big glass for the tea with a wide straw.
Step 2
add the teabag and 200ml hot water to the jug, brew for a few minutes and then squeeze and remove the bag. add the sugar and stir to dissolve, then add the milk.
Step 3
pour hot water into a saucepan and get it to boiling, then add the sago. it should cook in about one minute, remove with a sieve and add to cold water with ice cubes.
Step 4
add 2 tablespoons brown sugar to a little cup and dissolve in warm water, then scoop the pearls out of the cold water and add to the syrup.
Step 5
add ice cubes to your tea glass, then the pearls (don't mind the sugar syrup) and then add the tea. stir and you're done :)
