Instructions

Step 1
1. Wash all vegetables 2. Chop Cabbages fine, and put in a medium bowl. 3. Peel Carrot and Shred put into bowl 4. Cut green onion fine, and put into bowl. 5. Measure the Edamame and also put into bowl. 6. Peel and grate ginger and set aside to go with the dressing. 7. Measure ingredients for the dressing and put into a mason jar on something with a lid to shake vigorously. 8. Pour dressing into the large bowl with the vegetables and toss to combine. Enjoy. Can be made up ahead of time, and last for a few days.
