Instructions
Step 1

First, in a bowl add all ingredients from mix one and combine throughly in a bowl.






Step 2

Sift ingredients from mix two together in a separate bowl and mix well.







Step 3

Add ingredients for buttermilk in a cup and fuse.




Step 4

Add ingredients from mix three to the buttermilk.





Step 5

Add mix two and mix three onto mix one and combine for batter




Step 6

Grease and flour cake pan and preheat oven to 350F°




Step 7

Pour cake batter into cake pan.



Step 8

Put cake pan in the oven at 350C° for 30-35 minutes. Check it's consistency by putting a clean life into it, once the knife is out it should be clean.


Step 9

On a skillet on low heat add all the ingredients for the icing and mix carefully constantly until done.







Step 10

Once the cake is done cooking poke holes in it and pour the icing onto it, spread around and leave cake to cool.




Step 11

Cut, serve your cake and enjoy.
