Ingredients

1 cupplain Greek yogurt
1 ½ cupoat flour
3 ½ cupsoatmeal
old-fashioned
1 cupapplesauce no sugar added
2eggs
1red apple
cored and diced
0.33 Cupraisins
⅓ cupdried Tart Montmorency Cherries

1 tspbaking powder
Instructions
Step 1
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Chop Dates to raisin size.
Step 3
Mix Raisins, Dried Cherries and chopped dates together and place in warm water to plump.
Step 4
Core and dice apple to medium sized pieces
Step 5
Mix diced apple, yogurt, applesauce, vanilla and eggs in large bowl and stir until well mixed.

Add Oat flour, Chocolate Chips, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and drained plumped fruit

Keeping mixer running on slow, add rolled Oats, 1/2 cup at a time. Scrape sides of bowl, if needed.
Step 8
Once all Oats are added, continue mixing for about 2 minutes.
Step 9
Let mixture rest for about 5 minutes. Grease a 9"x13" glass pan.
Add mixture into pan and press down (not too hard) with a spatula.
Step 10
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, test with a wooden toothpick. If nothing sticks, it's done!
