Cottage Cheese + Dill Dressing
½ cupcottage cheese
1 Tbsolive oil
½ cmayonaisse
2 Tbswhite wine vinegar
or lemon juice
½ cupmilk
garlic
⅛ Tbssugar
salt
pepper
dried dill weed

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dressing ahead of time. It needs to sit for a day.
Step 2
Clean the broccoli, removing Stems and toughest parts. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes
Step 3
Drain pot and plunge into cold water. Drain, then chill.
Step 4
Debone rotisserie.
Step 5
Chop parsley and green onions. Toss broccoli and chicken in dressing. Mix thoroughly. If possible, continue to let it set.
