Instructions

Step 1
chop all the salad ingredients and add to a large salad bowl ( except the avocado which I add last to prevent becoming mushy )
Step 2
Blend the salad dressing ingredients until smooth ( except the chia seeds )
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined then add the avocado and the chia seeds & give it one last toss
