Instructions

Step 1
Start with cubed butter in mixer, mix it a bit just to break it down slightly but NOT cream.
Step 2
Add sugars, mix a bit until butter is just mixed and covered with sugar.
Step 3
Add chocolate chips, mix again until well mixed and equally covered and distributed.
Step 4
Add mixed flour, salt, baking soda and powder, cocoa. Mix just until well distributed and mixed.
Step 5
Crack eggs and with vanilla extract beat them before adding to the dry mixture. Now mix this just until everything is well incorporated but kot creamed. About a minute.
Step 6
Divide and shape dough into balls of 120g cookies. Fridge over night or straight to freezer before baking.
Step 7
Bake for 18min on 200'C convection setting.
