187.5 gramsall-purpose flour
1 tspground cinnamon
¼ tspground nutmeg
1 ½ tspbaking powder
¼ tspsalt
¼ cupunsweetened applesauce
½ cuppumpkin puree
½ cupwhite sugar substitute
or brown, i used, monkfruit golden sweetener
1egg

1 Tbsplight butter made with canola oil
or 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
½ cupwater
1 tspvanilla extract
⅛ cupgranulated sugar substitute
i use, classic monkfruit sweetener, or 1/8 cup regular white granulated sugar, using regular sugar would increase the point value to 2 points per donut
1 tspground cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl combine, flour or pancake mix, baking powder, salt, and spices together.
Step 3
And then mixing together, unsweetened applesauce, pumpkin puree, egg, brown sugar substitute, vanilla, water, and melted butter.
Step 4
Then add all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with hand.
Step 5
In this step, spray DONUT PANS with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 6
Place donut batter into a ziplock bag and cut one corner off of the bag to create a piping bag.
Step 7
Then fill prepared DONUT PAN 1/2 way with batter using the piping bag. (I used a donut pan to make baked donuts.)
Step 8
Then bake for 10-13 minutes.
Step 9
Take it out from the oven and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.
Step 10
And now: Mix together the sugar substitute and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Step 11
In an airtight ziplock bag, you can store leftover donuts in the fridge for up to 3 days.
