For Syrup
Instructions
Step 1
For Syrup: Put the saucepan on medium heat until the water boils, reduce the heat and let it boil for a minute, then add the lemon juice and blossom water with stirring and boil it for another minute while stirring.
Step 2
We put semolina with ghee and sugar and mix well.
Step 3
Then we put a little water and blossom water or rose water.
Step 4
We put it in an oven tray at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until it dries up, leave it to cool.
Step 5
Then we chop, sift and mixture get ready.
Step 6
Then, in a low heat saucepan, put the mixture with melted butter and syrup and mix until it becomes homogeneous and malleable dough.
Step 7
We extend the dough in a serving dish in a 1 cm thick, (or in a single serving glass cups) then spread the cream over it and decorate it with grated pistachios and almonds then serve.
