Instructions

Step 1
Cream eggs and sugar for 2 minutes

Line jelly roll pan with wax paper to cover all edges

Pour batter and spread evenly

Bake at 375° for 15 minutes

Flip pan over on linen towel, remove wax paper, roll and cool

Mix filling ingredients

Unroll cooled cake, spread filling evenly and reroll without towel
