Step 1
Mix together all ingredients except pork. Cut pork shoulder into 2 in strips and 6-8 inches in length. Marinate the pork strips in the sauce for 1 hour. Preheat oven to broil. Place strips close together on a sheet pan, use tin foil for easy cleaning. Roast for 10 minutes. Turn over and baste. Roast to another 10 minutes. Continue to do this for about 40 - 50 minutes. Remove and allow to cool. Chop into bite size pieces and serve over white rice with peas.
