Instructions

Step 1
Make marinade by mixing in a bowl, sesame oil, sriracha, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, agave, hoisin and sesame seeds
Step 2
In a separate bowl add slice cucumbers, onion and bell pepper and marinate with small amount of marinade
Step 3
Turn on Broiler in oven and place diced salmon on a foil lined sheet pan coated with nonstick spray
Step 4
Pour remaining marinade over the salmon and toss to coat
Step 5
Place under broiler making sure to rotate pan and stir salmon occasionally
Step 6
Cook under broiler for about 6-7 minutes until lightly charred and flaky
Step 7
To plate, place 1/2 cup of steamed brown rice on plate, top with salmon and finish with cucumber onion mixture…. Enjoy!!
