Instructions

Step 1
Mix paprika, Oregano, chili powder, and minced onion in a small bowl. Put chicken in a bowl and sprinkle with seasoning, add salt and pepper,and coat. Pour remaining seasoning into flour, add salt and pepper, coat chicken. Put olive oil in pan and brown chicken (5 min each side). Once done, remove chicken from pan, add onion to pan and cook until tender. Add Garlic, crushed pepper, butter. Once butter is melted, add 2T of flour mixture to pan. Once flour stirred in, add chicken broth and then heavy cream. Once thickened, add chicken back to pan and spoon gravy over. Cover and bake at 425 for 1 hour.
