Instructions

Step 1
Prick your potato all over with a sharp knife or fork
Step 2
Drizzle oil over the potato and make sure it is all covered. Then sprinkle over the sea salt.
Step 3
Cook in the airfryer at 180c for 45 mins. After this time a knife should easily push through the potato. If not keep giving it another 10 mins until ready.
Step 4
Cut the potato in half and scoop out the potato into a bowl. Taking care to keep the skin in tact.
Step 5
Mix the potato together with the butter and half of the grated cheese
Step 6
Spoon the cheesy, buttery potato mix back into the potato skin.
Step 7
Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and get back into the airfryer.
Step 8
Cook for 10 mins at 180c until the cheese is melted golden and bubbling.
