Instructions

For the potatoes

Wash and cut potatoes into halves.

Add potatoes to a bowl and coat with 1 Tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika.

To a baking tray, add the remaining 1 Tbsp olive oil and coat evenly on the baking tray. Evenly spread the Parmesan over the base of the baking tray.

Cook for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

For the sauce

Step 5
Combine all sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.

To serve

Step 6
Once the potatoes are cooked until golden brown and soft, remove from the oven and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Once cooled, break apart and add to a serving plate with the dip.
