The Dough
Step 1
Mix the water with yeast and sugar and let sit for 10 minutes
Step 2
Combine the flour salt and oil, tip in the yeast mixture, combine to a dough and knead for 10 minutes
Step 3
Lay in an oiled bowl or tray and let sit for an hour at ambient temp or in the fridge overnight

The Doughball Bundt Cake
Step 4
Preheat an oven to 200C

Step 5
Melt the butter and add the oil, crushed garlic, chopped coriander, salt and pepper
Step 6
Get the dough out and cut up into small doughballs and drop into the garlic butter and coat the sides
Step 7
Tip into a Bundt cake tin, cover with cling film, and rise in a proving tray/ warm spot for 1-2 hours til doubled in size

Bake at 200C for 20 minutes til brown and bounces back

Cook the cheese for 15 minutes covered at same temp and serve up
