Definitely a family favorite and holiday regular for the past couple years now! I would add a bit more butter for a sturdier crust and I always double the crumble topping.

used digestive biscuits as base instead of the graham crackers and didn’t put the sugar in. no issues and tasted v good

I also sprinkled cinnamon and sugar over the apples before the topping and added a little more sugar and butter
